We put tremendous care into every piece that leaves our studio. Because each product is made to order — printed, finished, and prepared specifically for you — all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on completed orders.
We know that's a firm policy, and we want you to feel confident about every purchase. Here's everything you need to know.
Why All Sales Are Final
Every Bandley 3 piece is produced on demand. When you place an order, your artwork is printed at high resolution on premium materials, professionally finished, and carefully packaged — all specifically for your order. Because of this custom production process, we cannot restock, resell, or repurpose returned items. This approach also means zero waste, which matters to us.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we take great care in packaging and shipping, we understand that things can occasionally happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.
European Union Consumers
Under EU consumer protection law, a 14-day cooling-off period typically applies to online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are custom-made or produced to the consumer's specifications. Because each Bandley 3 piece is made to order upon receipt of your order, the cooling-off period does not apply to our products. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that production of your custom item begins immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal for this reason.
